Timber problems rarely fix themselves. A soft spot at the bottom of a door frame or a sagging gate gets worse every wet season. We find the cause, usually water, and fix that as well as the damaged timber.
Landlords and property managers can send through a list with photos. We will group the work so the property is visited once wherever possible.
